At present UPPRO is providing advisory services to 41 FPOs in the state of Uttar Pradesh. The following services are being provided to these FPOs

Most Farmer Producer Organizations (FPO) are relatively new companies and tend to operate using manual processes and methods. Day-to-day operations of FPOs require co-ordination between the shareholder farmers, supporting institutions and other players in the ecosystem like buyers, suppliers and logistics operators. The speed of operations and successful scale-up of an FPO is heavily impacted by the number of people it can hire to manage the daily co-ordination, office and field operations.
